Because all our work is handmade to order we unfortunately do not accept returns on bespoke furniture unless in rare cases it is arrives damaged in transit.

Please note refund is not available on a commissioned item (an item made to your own measurements or design specifications) or sale item.

If you live outside UK mainland such as Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Jersey please contact me for a courier shipping quote as it will be different to UK mainland prices.  A little extra courier charge may have to be added to the Free Shipping.
